Ngāti Paoa Iwi Trust Welcomes New Trustees

Nominations for three vacant trustee positions on the Ngāti Paoa Iwi Trust have closed, and three iwi members—Kerrin Leoni, Mystique Townsend, and Tui Tawera—have been nominated, eliminating the need for voting. These new trustees bring diverse skills and experiences, ranging from governance and environmental advocacy to education and community development, and will be formally appointed on September 25th, 2022.

Ngāti Pāoa Iwi Trust Initiatives: Elections, AGM, and Community Engagement

The Ngāti Pāoa Iwi Trust announces trustee elections with three vacancies, set to open for nominations from July 1st to July 22nd, and an Annual General Meeting to be held on September 25th, 2022. The Trust is also encouraging iwi members to register for the NPIT and is actively seeking spaces in Glen Innes and Panmure for community activities.
